Location: Chester

We’re seeking a confident, technically strong M&E professional with extensive experience managing mechanical and electrical projects from tender to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of M&E design, coordination, and installation, strong commercial and contractual knowledge (JCT/NEC), and proven ability to manage pre-construction planning and project delivery. You should have experience overseeing large, complex M&E packages across multiple sectors, be well-versed in quality standards, CDM regulations, and building services compliance, and possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
